You are welcome to return any purchased item within 14 days from the receipt date of your order.
All retuned items must be in their original condition – not worn, used or washed, with all original labels still attached to each product.
Returns from Greece are FREE OF CHARGE, using our ACS courier account. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return us.
For orders delivered in Europe and other countries, the return postage is paid by the buyer.
We accept returns of products when you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
If, however, Artemis & Apollon family has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
1. Please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return, quoting your order number which was included in the original order confirmation email and specifying the specific items to be returned.
2. You will then receive an email confirming your returns request.
3. Fill out the form at the back side of the invoice included in your bag.
4. Pack your item(s) well in a suitable package/bag/box.
5. Contact the courier to arrange pick up.
6. As soon as we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.

Shipping is FREE for all orders inside Greece.
International shipping costs are applied in checkout.
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once you place an order you will receive an email with your estimated delivery time.
For Greece is usually one or two days.
For Europe three to five days.
USA & rest of the world five to seven days.
Refunds are processed within 14 days since delivery in our warehouse, so all you need to do is contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo meticulous quality control and are being accepted.
Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card and Paypal. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details.
In case you have selected the Cash On Delivery method, the refund is processed to a bank account through wire transfer.
We will therefore need you to send us an email containing your bank name, IBAN and beneficiary full name.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
